Our Group Living Room is available to groups who rent out the entire property. Ideal for groups who want an indoor space to gather and cook! (Please note there are no sleeping accommodations in the group living room) Living Room with Fire Place Dining Room Large Kitchen and 1/2 Bath Space Available from 7:00am-8:00pm $225/day in addition to lodging (11.9% lodging and sales tax will be added) Please feel free to call us at 970-963-2504 and we would be more than happy to answer any of your questions. If you prefer to chat online, contact us and we will get back to you as quickly as possible. If current lodging capacity can accommodate, we may be able to allow smaller parties of guests to use the kitchen area for cooking and meals. A charge of $25/room will be added to your stay per night. If we are able to enjoy the company of smaller groups in the group kitchen, please know that other guests may be using the space to get coffee or relax by the fire.
